REFUNDS
When you buy goods from us, in law you have the right to claim a refund, replacement or credit for the faulty goods. Our products are perishable and notification is required by us as soon as you receive your delivery.  
A maximum of 14 days notification from delivery is required to claim full refund.

DELIVERY

We aim to distribute your cheese and purchases within 48 hours of your order, unless you state otherwise.

Your purchases will be shipped in insulated and chilled packaging to ensure your cheese reaches you in the best condition.

Our deliveries will be made through a third party, usually Parcel Force and Royal Mail and will be sent to reach your chosen delivery address within 24hours of dispatch. If you choose to amend these details through our distributors we are no longer responsible for the condition of the products.

If delivery is attempted and alternative arrangements are taken independently,  Pistachio & Pickle is no longer responsible for quality of goods delivered. 

Delivery inside the UK is only available at this time.

Please note the packers are unable to dispatch your order on weekends
